Dimitrios Ntourakis MD, PhD, FACS

Dimitris Ntourakis is a general surgeon specialized in laparoscopic and minimal invasive surgery. His areas of expertise are hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery, colorectal surgery and surgical oncology. As a lecturer of Surgery at the European University Cyprus he is coordinating digital enhanced learning projects for medical and surgical education.
He has studied medicine at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed his residency at the Red Cross Hospital of Athens. Then continued working as a specialist and received training at the University Hospital of Strasbourg and IRCAD. He has a PhD in experimental surgery from the National University of Athens and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
